Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Akshar Institute. By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, attending classes, or using any service provided by Akshar Institute (referred to as "the Institute," "we," "us," or "our"), you — the student, parent, or guardian — acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Akshar Institute. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not enrol in or use our services.
By submitting an enrolment form, paying fees, or attending a class, you expressly confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
Section 02
Admission & Enrolment
Admission to Akshar Institute is granted on a merit and availability basis. Submission of an enquiry or application form does not guarantee admission. The Institute reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
- All students must provide accurate personal, academic, and contact information at the time of enrolment. Any false information may result in immediate cancellation of admission.
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required registration fee and the signed admission form.
- Students must meet the eligibility criteria for the specific program or batch they wish to join.
- The Institute reserves the right to transfer a student to a different batch based on academic performance, attendance, or batch capacity.
- A parent or guardian must co-sign the enrolment form for students under 18 years of age.
Akshar Institute offers programs for Class 11, Class 12 (Science & Commerce), JEE (Mains + Advanced), NEET (UG), MHT-CET, and repeater batches. Each program has specific eligibility criteria communicated at the time of admission.
Section 03
Fees & Payment Policy
All fees are outlined in the current fee structure document provided to students at the time of admission. Fees are subject to change at the beginning of each academic year, and existing students will be given reasonable notice of any changes.
- Course fees are payable in full or in instalments, as per the schedule agreed at the time of enrolment.
- Fees must be paid by the due date specified in the payment schedule. Late payment may attract a penalty or result in temporary suspension from classes.
- Fees may be paid via cash, NEFT, UPI, or any other payment method accepted by the Institute at the time of payment.
- A valid receipt will be issued for every payment made. Students must retain all payment receipts for their records.
- Study material, mock test series, and special workshop fees may be charged separately unless included in the course package.
Non-payment of fees by the due date may result in suspension from classes, withholding of results, study material, or access to the online learning platform. The Institute is not liable for any academic impact arising from suspension due to fee default.
Section 04
↩️ Refund & Cancellation Policy
Akshar Institute understands that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the Institute.
- Cancellation within 7 days of payment: A full refund of the tuition fee will be issued, less the registration fee (non-refundable).
- Cancellation between 8–30 days of payment: 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded. The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation after 30 days: No refund will be issued. However, the student may transfer their enrolment to another eligible student upon written request.
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after approval of the refund request.
- No refund will be issued for study materials, books, or other physical resources once issued to the student.
- Fees paid for individual mock tests, workshops, or seminars are non-refundable once the event has commenced.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Institute office along with proof of payment. Requests submitted verbally will not be entertained.

- The Institute reserves the right to expel any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the academic environment, other students, or the reputation of the Institute.
Disciplinary decisions are made by the Institute management and are final. Students may submit a written appeal within 7 days of the decision. The management's decision on appeal is conclusive.
Section 06

Regular attendance is critical to academic success. Akshar Institute expects all students to maintain a minimum attendance level throughout the course duration.

Section 09

- The Institute is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged within the Institute premises.
Our maximum liability in any circumstances shall be limited to the amount of course fees paid by the student for the current academic year, excluding registration fees and material costs.

Akshar Institute reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated to enrolled students via email, WhatsApp, or notice at the Institute office.
Your continued enrolment or use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
